| Description | This truncated myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein ( MOG) peptide, was tested to identify the core encephalitogenic epitope of CD8+ MOG-specific T cells, it €™s binding to recombinant H-2Db dimers and the ability to induce experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). This peptide strongly binds recombinant H-2Db protein and this complex bound MOG-specific CD8+ T cells.
