    Description This Bax H2-H3 peptide is amino acids 53 to 86 fragment of Bax which contains the BH3 helix plus residues in the downstream helix 3 (amino acids 74 €“81). Cultured cells injected with the H2-H3 peptide result in morphological changes consistent with apoptosis, including plasma membrane blebbing. H2-H3 peptide mimics Bax auto-activation.
